Human–Agent Teaming for Higher‑Order Thinking Augmentation

This tutorial surveys emerging research on how humans and AI agents can collaboratively enhance higher-order thinking—reasoning, judgment, and decision-making beyond task automation. It reviews progress from data-to-signal processing and signal-to-insight interaction, toward insight-to-partnership collaboration, emphasizing transparent, fair, and sustainable human-agent teamwork.
